You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

I was very sure when I was pregnant that i want to find the best nappies for babs! I’m not a fan of the other popular brands, mostly overpriced since feels like plastic. I was gifted two other brands that are highly rated, organic and all that BUT nothing comes close to K&kimmy! I’m inlove. We have not had one leak, one sign of a rash or any irritation! The k&k’s are soft and flexible and I just love the designs on them. It’s a dream for me! Thank you for putting this awesome product out there. Not to mention their great customer care, I have a small issue with the website and I got prompt support.

I’ve placed five orders with Kim and Kimmy in 2025, and not one has arrived on time, despite the website’s claim of next day delivery for orders confirmed by 10 a.m. Every order has required multiple follow-ups with customer support, only to receive the same empty assurance that they’re “working with couriers.” My latest order, placed Tuesday, 7 October, is now a week late with no update or accountability. This is clearly a recurring issue, not a one-off delay. The product itself is good. It is the only reason I tolerate such consistently poor service. Kim and Kimmy’s “next day delivery” promise is misleading, and its customer service offers apologies instead of solutions.
