Shipping & Delivery

We provide nationwide delivery within the UAE only. Depending on the product type, delivery times are as follows:

• Local Products (UAE Stock): Delivered within 2 to 3 business days.
• Global Products (Shipped from Abroad): Delivered within 10 to 16 business days.
• Delivery Tracking: The specific estimated arrival (ETA) for each item will be clearly displayed on the Product Page and at Checkout.

Return & Refund Policy

To ensure health and safety for all our customers, we follow a strict return process:

Returns & Eligibility

• 3-Day Window: Returns are only accepted within 3 days of receiving your delivery.
• Product Condition: Items must be unused and unopened. If you receive the correct item, the original seal must remain intact.
• Wrong Orders: If you receive an incorrect item, please do not open or use it. Contact us immediately to arrange a correction.
• Hygiene & Safety: Certain products (such as baby milk formula, skincare, and personal care) are not eligible for return due to health reasons. We will confirm eligibility once your request is received.

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at care@easylifestore.ae with your order details.
2. Once confirmed, we will initiate a return order with our delivery partner.
3. Our courier will collect the items from you within 3-5 business days.
4. Refunds are initiated within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the product.
