Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 3 days from the date of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Certain products such as perishable or personalized items are not eligible for return.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake (for example, a wrong or defective item).

Exchange Policy
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to arrange a replacement.
